Police identify Windsor woman killed in 401 crash

The Ontario Provincial Police have identified a 37-year-old woman who died in a crash on Highway 401 early Sunday morning.

They said Anna Doto was alone in the westbound vehicle when it left the road near Orford Road in Chatham-Kent and came to rest in a treeline.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police shut down the westbound lanes of the highway for about seven hours while they investigated.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
