UPDATE: Man dies after multi-vehicle accident on Lauzon Parkway

A 61-year-old man is dead following a multi-vehicle accident in east Windsor Saturday afternoon.

The collision happened on Lauzon Parkway at the intersection of Forest Glade Drive just before 4 p.m.

Police confirmed that a passenger in one of the vehicles, a 61-year-old Windsor man, has died from his injuries while another passenger suffered life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the other vehicle involved has been arrested and charged with dangerous driving causing bodily harm and dangerous driving causing death.

The roadway was closed for over eight hours while police investigated.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
