Suspects sought in armed home invasion

Windsor police are looking for three men in connection with an armed home invasion.

Around 1 a.m. Saturday, police were called to a home on Aylmer Avenue near Wyandotte Street for a report of a break and enter. Police learned that three people entered the home while the residents were there and brandished a firearm.

The men stole several items before taking off. No injuries were reported.

The first suspect is a white male who was wearing a black hooded sweater with a white Puma logo and a grey stripe down the sleeves, grey sweat pants, a black toque, black and white Nike shoes and carried a red duffle bag.

The second suspect is described as male, wearing a toque, scarf, red jacket, white pants, running shoes and black gloves.

The third suspect is described as a white male wearing a black hooded jacket, black pants, and black running shoes with white soles.

A firearm has not been recovered. Police say all three suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
