Collision kills woman on Dougall Avenue

A woman who was hit by a vehicle Thursday night has died of her injuries.

Windsor police want to speak with anyone who saw the accident on Dougall Avenue at Medina around 8:20 p.m. Thursday.

When officers arrived, the victim was on the road.

Paramedics rushed her to the hospital soon after with life-threatening injuries.

Police have spoken with the driver of a Ford Focus involved in the collision, but the investigation is ongoing.
