The single-vehicle collision happened around 1 a.m. on Wyandotte Street East near Riverdale Avenue.
The passengers suffered serious injuries as a result. No further circumstances of the crash have been revealed.
Wyandotte Street East was closed for several hours as police investigated.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
