Police search for robbery suspect

Windsor police are looking for a suspect after an armed robbery in the city's east end.

Officers were called to Lauzon Road near Edgar Street around 12 a.m. Saturday for reports of the robbery. The man allegedly used a weapon to demand money before fleeing on foot.

He is described as a white adult male between 30 to 50 years old and 6' and 6' 3" last seen wearing a black clava over his face.

Anyone with information is asked to call Windsor police or contact crime stoppers anonymously.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
