Home invasion under investigation in Leamington

A Leamington man has told the Ontario Provincial Police he and his family were terrorized Tuesday night by four masked men.

The man and his family were asleep in their Orchard Heights Avenue home around 9am when the four woke them up and demanded money.

The masked attackers also assaulted the man.

He was treated for minor injuries at Erie Shores Healthcare after the ordeal.

The four, all men wearing dark-coloured clothing, fled in what the victim described as a light-coloured Chrysler.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
