Fire under investigation in Leamington

Firefighters in Leamington got some help from their colleagues in Kingsville to fight an overnight blaze on a farm.

The fire on Mersea Road 10, between County Road 14 and County Road 8, started Monday night and kept firefighters busy throughout the early morning hours.

It started in what Leamington Fire Chief called "a rural structure." Some reports suggested it was a greenhouse, while callers to BlackburnNews Tuesday morning said it was a coverall containing hay.

There are no reports of injuries and no indication yet what started it.
