Windsor fire investigating suspicious fire

Windsor fire investigators and the Windsor Police Service are investigating a suspicious fire on College Avenue early Thursday.

Windsor fire crews responded to the blaze at a repair garage around 1 a.m. No injuries were reported.

The blaze caused damage to the building and three vehicles at the garage. There was around $200,000 in damage.

Fire investigators have determined the blaze was intentionally set. The investigation is ongoing.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
