UPDATE: Serious crash closes portion of Tecumseh Rd in east Windsor

Windsor police and emergency crews were called to a serious motor vehicle crash in the city's east end on Sunday night.

The incident involving two vehicles occurred on Tecumseh Road East near Rose-Ville Garden Drive sometime around 9 p.m.  Police closed the eastbound lanes of Tecumseh to Lauzon Road until 11:30 p.m.

Both sedans involved in the crash appeared to have had significant damages to them. No other details on injuries have been reported on at this time.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
