An 84-year-old from Windsor is facing charges after a fatal collision involving a motorcycle.
The collision happened on September 25, on Highway 3 west of Walker Road. The motorcycle driver, 38-year-old Michael Abaldo of Tecumseh, was taken to hospital where he later died from his injuries.
The only occupant of the other vehicle was treated for minor injuries.
Tecumseh Fire and Rescue assisted OPP at the scene, along with Essex-Windsor EMS.
After completing its investigation, the Ontario Provincial Police have announced that Nice Cuffaro, 84, has been charged with careless driving causing death.
