Steve-Ray Brown, 33, and Cassidy Smither, 18, both of Brampton, have been charged with unlawful possession of over 30 grams of cannabis in a public place, contrary to the federal Cannabis Act; and three counts each of possession with intent to sell.

These charges have not been proven in court.
