Break and Enter suspect caught on camera

Provincial police in Essex have released a photo of a suspect wanted in connection with a break and enter in Colchester Monday.

Around 11 a.m., a man was caught on a security camera breaking into a home on Draper Street. Video footage caught the man entering the home through a window. When the home security alarm went off, the man left in a black newer model Ford F150. The pick-up truck had an open box that contained a toolbox and ladder racks.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect or the vehicle involved is asked to contact the Essex OPP detachment at 519-738-3796.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
