Town of LaSalle looking for feedback on the future of Malden Road

The Town of LaSalle is looking for feedback on the future of Malden Road.

The town is completing a 10-year study on the future needs of the road to the area north of the town’s limits to Meagan Drive.

The project recommendations include widening Malden Road to three lanes between Cahill Drain and Meagan Drive, installing a signalized intersection at Reaume Road, installing a pedestrian crosswalk and multi-use trail near the Cahill Drain and buffered bike lanes.

The town is looking for residents feedback on the recommendations and further ideas on how to improve the road.

Feedback will be accepted until February 5, 2021. The survey can be found here.

The study on Malden Road is expected to be completed by June 2021.
