Witnesses sought in Tecumseh crash

Ontario Provincial Police are asking any witnesses to a Tuesday night crash to come forward.

Officers responded to the two-vehicle crash at around 7:15 p.m. on Highway 3 and Oldcastle Road in Tecumseh.

According to Constable Amanda Allen, the crash was between a blue Chevrolet pickup truck and a gold-brown Lexus. The collision caused a short power outage in the area.

Several people had stopped at the scene to help. Both drivers were treated in hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Now, police would like anyone who may have seen what happened to give them a call, as the investigation is ongoing. Tips may be phoned into the OPP's toll-free line at 1-888-310-1122.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
