COVID-19 exposure at LaSalle bank

If you visited the CIBC on Malden Road in LaSalle earlier this month, you might want to self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19.

The Windsor Essex County Health Unit issued a COVID-19 exposure alert for the location at 5870 Malden Road on Sunday.

The dates and times of the exposure are:

  • February 5 and 6 between 9 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
  • February 9, 10, and 11 between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
  • February 12 between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
The health unit says the risk of transmission is low, however public health officials suggest those who stopped by the bank during those times watch for symptoms of the virus for 14 days from the date of exposure.

On Friday, the health unit also issued three COVID-19 exposure notices for Remark Fresh Markets on Howard Avenue, TD Bank at 156 Ouellette Avenue, and the Real Canadian Superstore on Walker Road in Windsor.
