Police search for vehicle after hit and run

The Ontario Provincial Police say a pedestrian suffered serious injuries when they were struck by a vehicle in Kingsville.

The pedestrian was crossing Highway 3 near County Road 34 around 11:25 p.m. Tuesday.

The vehicle did not stop.

Now, police hope the public can help them find the vehicle.

They said it may have damage on the front passenger side. It could also be missing the passenger side mirror.

Highway 3 was closed between County Road 34 and County Road 31 after the incident, but it reopened early Wednesday morning.

Anyone with information is asked to call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or leave a tip online at www.catchcrooks.com.
