One person injured in County Road 42 crash

Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a three-vehicle crash Wednesday night in Lakeshore.

It happened shortly after 7 p.m. on County Road 42 at County Road 27. It was not immediately clear what caused the crash.

Lakeshore Fire and Essex-Windsor EMS assisted the OPP at the scene. One person was treated in hospital for injuries caused by the collision.

The intersection of County Roads 42 and 27 was closed for much of Wednesday night while investigators completed their work. It has since reopened.
