OPP investigating gas station break-in

Essex County OPP investigators are looking for suspects involved in a break-in at a Petro-Canada service station in Oldcastle last week.

Police say surveillance video shows a man broke into the store on Highway 3 around 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 1. The video shows the suspect breaking the glass to get inside the business. He then took the entire cash register and left in a waiting white, four-door pickup truck.  Police say there was a driver waiting inside the vehicle.

The suspect was wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and black and red Air Jordan 13 shoes at the time of the break-in. He also had tattoos on the back of his left hand.
