Windsor retiree wins $100,000

The latest Lotto 6-49 winner in Windsor is a 62-year-old retiree.

Douglas Beaton matched the last six numbers in the March 27 draw.

He made the discovery late at night, and once he was sure he could believe his eyes, he had to make some phone calls.

"They asked why I was calling so late," he said. It was 11:30 p.m. "I said I had to tell someone."

He plans to invest his winnings.
