The Windsor Police Service said the incident occurred on Lens Avenue, near the Windsor Regional Hospital Metropolitan Campus, shortly after 2 a.m. on Saturday.
The man who was stabbed suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The Major Crimes Unit is continuing to investigate the incident.
