Possible COVID-19 exposure at downtown nightclub

The Windsor Essex County Health Unit has issued a COVID-19 exposure notice for a downtown nightclub.

If you visited the Primary Social Club on July 29 or 30 you are advised to monitor yourself for symptoms of COVID-19.

The health unit issues these notices as a precaution and the risk is generally considered to be low. The health unit will reach out directly to anyone identified as a high-risk close contact of a confirmed case to provide further instructions.

Anyone who has symptoms of COVID-19 including fever and difficulty breathing is advised to be tested for the virus.
