Police search for suspects after a series of thefts on Wyandotte

The Windsor Police Service has released photos of two suspects wanted after a string of thefts last month.

The thefts were on July 26 between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. on Wyandotte Street East between St. Rose Avenue and Riverdale. There were several attempted and successful break-ins at businesses but mostly homes along that stretch.

Police also released descriptions of the pair.

They said one is a white man with a thin build and is 6 ' and short dark hair.

The second is also a white man. He is also 6' with a thin build.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
