Windsor police searching for stolen truck with dog inside

Windsor police are asking members of the public to keep a lookout for a truck and dog that was stolen in east Windsor Thursday night.

The dog is a one-year-old bull mastiff and is named "Buster."

According to police, they were taken on September 2 in the 4800 block of Wyandotte Street East around 9:20 p.m.

The vehicle is a 2014 GMC Sierra, with black tinted windows. The vehicle is described to have three decals on the back window.

One is of baby Groot, one is a Simpson’s character saying “I’m essential,” and one is a stick figure holding the word “IT.”
