Charges in Kingsville break-and-enter

A Windsor man faces charges after a break-and-enter in Kingsville early Friday morning.

The Ontario Provincial Police got a call about a break-in in progress around 4:30 a.m.

When officers got to the address on County Road 31, they spotted a suspect running away.

After a short chase, they were able to arrest him without incident.

The man will appear in a Leamington courtroom on October 21, 2021.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
