Work starts to get Jackson Park ready for Bright Lights 2021

Starting on Monday, the City of Windsor starts the process of preparing Jackson Park for this year's Bright Lights Windsor festival.

City crews will start by fencing off the north end of the park along Tecumseh Road East. The service road north of the sunken gardens will also close.

Access to other paths and areas of the park will remain open.

Preparations will be done in phases this year to avoid as much disruption to the public as possible.

Bright Lights Windsor 2021 will start in December.
