Police investigating stabbing

The Windsor Police Service is investigating after a man was stabbed on Drouillard Road early Sunday morning.

Police were called to Drouillard near Milloy Street around 2:30 a.m.

According to police, two unknown men approached the victim. The victim was sprayed with a chemical, believed to be bear mace, in the face before they were stabbed.  The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The Major Crime Unit is investigating the incident. They are asking anyone in the area with video surveillance to check their footage for possible evidence.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
