Essex to host COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Wednesday

The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit plans to hold a pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinic in Essex.

Those who go to the Essex Centre Sports Complex on Wednesday will not need to make an appointment.

The clinic is open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to anyone five and older who needs a first, second, or booster shot of the vaccine.

Health cards are not necessary.

The complex is located at 60 Fairview Avenue West in Essex.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
