Dental hygienist facing voyeurism charges

A man from LaSalle is facing additional charges after a continued investigation by the Windsor Police Service.

The Internet Child Exploitation Unit first searched the 28-year-old's computer devices and cell phone as part of an investigation in December.

At that time, Sebastian Mehenka was charged with possessing child pornography, accessing child pornography, and transmitting child pornography.

Upon searching the accused's devices further, police allege they found evidence of voyeurism that took place while he was working as a dental hygienist between October 2021 and December 2021.

Mehenka is now facing two additional charges of voyeurism.  None of the charges have been proven in court.

Investigators have identified and notified the adult women in the evidence, however they believe there could be other victims.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Windsor Police at 519-255-6700 ext. 4896, ext. 4000 (after hours), Crime Stoppers anonymously at 519-258-8477 (TIPS) or online at www.catchcrooks.com.
