$300,000 worth of damage done in structure fire

Windsor Fire and Rescue Service (WFRS) determined that careless cooking caused a fire just north of Wyandotte Street.

The fire broke out in a home in the 800 block of Louis Avenue late Sunday morning which prompted WFRS to ask the public to avoid the area while fire crews worked.
