BlackburnNews.com file photo. Windsor Police will not charge the driver of a vehicle that struck a child in the city on Wednesday.
Police said the child was on Gladstone Avenue around 4:30 p.m. when he ran into the road.
The driver did not have time to stop.
The child suffered serious injuries that are not life-threatening.
He is currently at Children's Hospital in London.
