Windsor man adopting a dog after lottery win

A Windsor man is celebrating a $1-million lottery win by adopting a dog.

Paul Gosselin won the prize in the May 11 LOTTO 6/49 draw.

He told officials at the OLG prize centre in Toronto that he plans to pay off his mortgage, complete some home renovations, and adopt a dog.

“This is the perfect opportunity to find a furry companion who needs a good home,” said Gosselin.

The winning ticket was purchased at 7-Eleven on Ottawa Street in Windsor.
