Police offering crime prevention tips in Harrow

The Town of Essex is looking to improve safety and reduce crime in Harrow.

Residents and businesses in Harrow are invited to a community walk-through with the Windsor Police and the Ontario Provincial Police to learn how to prevent crime in the neighbourhood.

“This community walking tour supports Essex Council and Administration in our endeavour to keep Essex moving in the right direction with respect to crime prevention,” said Mayor Richard Meloche.

The Safety and Crime Prevention Walk is Thursday, August 11 from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.

Individuals are invited to take part in the discussion and ask questions along the way.

Anyone interested should meet at the Harrow and Colchester South Community Centre.
