Windsor Police were unable to say how serious their injuries were, but they were both passengers on the motorcycle, and the bike was the only vehicle involved.
It happened just before 5 p.m. on Saturday.
County Road 20 remains closed between County Road 9 and Malden Colchester South Townline Road, and is expected to be for several hours while police continue their investigation.
Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
