Essex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) announced late Thursday evening charges against a 43-year-old man.
As a result, the man is charged with two counts of sexual assault of a person under 16, two counts of sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching under 16-years of age.
The charges have not been proven in court.
Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
