Drugs seized from Kingsville home

Three people are facing charges after an investigation by the Essex County Ontario Provincial Police Community Street Crimes Unit in Kingsville.

As part of the investigation, a home on Remark Drive was searched on Tuesday. Police seized suspected fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, other illicit drugs, and drug paraphernalia.

As a result of the investigation, a 28-year-old from Kingsville is facing charges of possession of illicit drugs for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a firearm, and careless storage of a firearm.

A 32-year-old from Leamington and a 33-year-old from Kingsville are facing charges of possession of illicit drugs for the purpose of trafficking.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
