Firefighters were called to a home on Moy Avenue near Wyandotte Street East late Sunday night.
No one was hurt, but the cause is listed as undetermined.
Meanwhile, a fire on Erie Street East between Highland Avenue and Mercer Street is blamed on careless cooking.
It caused $10,000 damage.
Four Sarnia streets made the CAA's regional Worst Roads list this year. The only road outside of Sarnia to make the top five was Windsor's Riverside Drive East.
