Leamington OPP Station.(BlackburnNews.com file photo)Ontario Provincial Police are handling an active investigation in Leamington.
Few details have been released, but officers were in the area of Sturgeon Meadows Avenue near County Road 33, late Friday morning.
The investigation is in the early stages and the OPP will provide additional information as it becomes available.
Constable Steven Duguay told WindsorNewsToday.ca that Sturgeon Meadows Avenue had reopened as of 1:30 p.m. Friday, but a police presence is still in the area.
