Windsor Police issued video footage of a woman walking out of the store and a description of her earlier this week.
Police charged the suspect with theft under $5,000, failure to comply with a release order, and failure to comply with an undertaking.
Last Wednesday's incident was at a store on Tecumseh Road East between Lauzon Parkway and Jefferson Boulevard.
