Police arrest fraud and theft suspect and search for another

The Windsor Police Service needs help identifying a suspect who stole sunglasses from a store by replacing them with a fake pair.

Investigators say a 22-year-old woman faces theft and fraud under $5,000 charges, but they're still looking for the man she was with.

Police accuse the two of committing the crime at a store in a local mall.

The man is described as white and thin, in his mid-20s, with long brown hair in a ponytail and a full beard. He has brown eyes.
