UPDATE: Windsor police locate missing man

Windsor police are thanking members of the public for help in locating a missing 54-year-old man.

The man was reported missing after he was last seen on Friday at around 11 p.m. in the area of Bruce Avenue and Wyandotte Street.

A missing person notice was issued Saturday morning as the man had recently suffered an injury that affected his cognitive abilities, according to police.

The man was located at around 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
