Windsor police seek trio in theft at ice cream store

Windsor police are asking the public for help finding three people connected to a theft at an ice cream parlour.

Investigators say it happened around 7 a.m. last Friday on Howard Avenue off Eugenie Street East. Three people were seen entering the business and making off with about $6,000 worth of property.

Police have posted security camera images of the suspects on their official Facebook page and have asked residents to take a look.

The first suspect is described as a White male with medium-length curly brown hair. He wore a red t-shirt and black pants.

The second suspect is a White male, bald, with a brown goatee. He wore a grey jacket, black pants, and a white shirt.

The third suspect is a White female. She wore a red jacket, black pants, and a pink hoodie.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
