Firefighters were called to a home on Langlois Avenue between Shepherd Street East and Hanna Street East on Sunday.
It was ruled accidental, and damage totaled $80,000.
No one was hurt.
The blaze broke out on Saturday, just after 2:30 a.m., at a home at 2871 Oil Springs Line.
