Windsor man wins over $85K in LOTTO MAX draw

Just ten days after a Windsor man won $35-million in the June 6 LOTTO MAX draw, the city has another big winner.

Dennis Wessel won second prize in the June 16 draw.

He picked up his prize worth $85,696 at the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation's headquarters in Toronto.

The winning ticket was bought at Best Price Corner Store on Tecumseh Road West.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
