Police investigating after shots fired in Central area parking lot

Windsor police are looking for suspects after shots were fired in the central area of the city.

Officers were called to the area of Ypres Avenue and Ken Gerard Court around 2:40 a.m. Wednesday.

Witnesses told police an older model silver Dodge Caravan stopped in a parking lot and the front passenger fired two shots from the vehicle. The vehicle then sped off.

There were no physical injuries or property damage reported as a result of the incident, but officers found two 9mm shell casings at the scene.
