OPP seek help after victim on a motorized scooter robbed

The Ontario Provincial Police need the public's help after a robbery in Leamington last Saturday.

It happened around 2:45 p.m. on Danforth Avenue.

Two men, described as white and burly, waived down the victim, who was riding on a motorized scooter, and after a brief struggle, took a gold Rolex watch before fleeing in a vehicle.

Police do not have a description of the vehicle.

They ask residents living on Danforth Avenue between Carolina Woods Crescent and Alderton Street to check their surveillance cameras for footage that could identify the suspects and the vehicle.
