Ontario Provincial Police are looking for a few good men and women.

The Essex County OPP is hosting an information session in Lakeshore on Wednesday for potential recruits. Members of the OPP will be available to discuss the new OPP Cadet Program, as well as opportunities to join the auxiliary service.

"Cadets assist frontline officers with administrative duties and through engagement with their communities by supporting crime prevention and public safety initiatives."

The information session is open to everyone, and no registration is needed. It takes place from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Atlas Tube Recreation Centre in Belle River.
