A motorcycle collided with another vehicle at the intersection of Drouillard Road and Milloy Street around 5:45 p.m.
The crash shut down the intersection in all directions until police reopened it just before midnight.
Windsor Police say three people suffered non-life-threatening injuries, and charges were laid against one of the drivers.
