Teen dies in motorcycle crash

The Windsor Police Traffic Reconstruction Unit is investigating a fatal collision involving two motorcycles.

Police said they were called to the E.C. Row Expressway just before 2 p.m. Friday, for the report of a crash.

"Officers learned that two motorcycles were travelling westbound on the expressway when they collided near the exit for Central Avenue," a statement from police said.

One of the drivers, a 16-year-old, was taken to hospital following the crash where he was pronounced dead.

The westbound lanes of the expressway were closed for several hours.

The investigation is ongoing.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
