Windsor police look to identify porch pirate (VIDEO)

Windsor police are hoping someone can help identify a person caught on video stealing packages off a porch last week.

It happened around 1:30 p.m. on Monday, November 6. Surveillance cameras picked up a woman driving a red sedan on Matchette Road near Manchester Road.

A few moments later, the person walked up the home's path and stole parcels off the porch.

The suspect is described as a White female, about 20 to 25 years old, with long blonde hair. She was wearing a black Kappa sweatsuit, a black New York baseball cap, multiple chains, and pink running shoes.

Police have released the video and asked the public to take a look, as well as for the suspect to turn herself in.

Anyone who recognizes the person should call Windsor police at (519) 255-6700. Anonymous tips may be submitted to Crime Stoppers at (519) 258-TIPS (8477), to be eligible for a cash reward.
